Multi-purpose Material Cutting Station

This is a versatile cutting station which provides a convenient work area for cutting all types of materials. It is a portable unit on locking castors that is ideal for large sites and workshops. There are lifting eyes at the base so that you can lift the unit onto different levels and into trucks for transport. It provides a robust, sturdy work station for cutting metal, conduit, pipes, tube, and much more. A thick rubber mat provides an efficient flat surface to work on. The mat can withstand a fair bit of punishment, and it also provides excellent grip and reduces vibration and noise when you are working with power tools like a chop saw, etc. The robust, powder-coated steel case can withstand any impacts or dents that occur when working in demanding environments.

The inside of the cutting station is lined with PVC panels that isolate your work and protect the surrounding area from sparks. The unit has a BS476 fire rating. This multi-purpose cutting station is completely self-contained and suitable for working all day. It features a 110v auxiliary power socket that can be connected to your site supply. There are accessible sockets within the lockable cabinet section plus sockets and a light within the cutting area. There is an emergency stop isolator switch near the cutting area power socket which shuts off the power to the whole unit. There are adjustable extending support arms at one side of the cabinet. The support arms are multi-function and they can hold materials in place or stabilise the cutting station during particularly strenuous work.
